Over the past 15+ years, I’ve been immersed in the world of startups, HR, and operations, blending my hands-on experience with my entrepreneurial journey to help businesses thrive.

From being the first account manager at a fast-growing real estate startup to running my own successful houseplant boutiques for seven years, I’ve learned what it takes to build teams, create engaging workplaces, and scale operations effectively.

Now, I’m channeling all that knowledge into supporting startups, small businesses, and leaders as they navigate the challenges of managing their daily admin tasks, HR and operations.
