From being the first account manager at a fast-growing real estate startup to running my own successful houseplant boutiques for seven years, I’ve learned what it takes to build teams, create engaging workplaces, and scale operations effectively.

Now, I’m channeling all that knowledge into supporting startups and small businesses as they navigate the challenges of HR and operations.
